Keypad dead

My keypad died yesterday afternoon. It worked about 11:00 AM but not afterward. Plugged in, checked battery, pressed reset multiple times, tried to reconnect but nothing. No response from any button.

How do I get a replacement? It should be warranty

Ring website says come here and if no one can figure out the problem they will submit to tech support. Please move this to tech support. I really need to have my keypad replaced.

This seems an inefficient process to speak to support.
