Firstly, my keypad needs charging, none of the wires supplied is charging it (from what I can tell) - Any hints?
Secondly, @RING I spoke with support 2/3 weeks ago and they informed me they were sending me a new “charger” for the keypad, nothing here as yet - can you help?
Hi @PW12. You can also try factory resetting and reconnecting your Keypad 2nd Generation to see if that helps. This Help Center article will walk you through the steps to do so.
