if i go on my key pad device setting i can see i have a update available …but wen i go on my base station setting its telling me everything is updated ?
Hi there, @Ricko! It could be that the Keypad is indeed updated, or may have been in the process of an update. Some best practices when updating your Keypad:
- Please ensure the Keypad is charged up and plugged into power.
- Please ensure the Keypad is nearby the Base Station for best signal.
- Unplugging the Keypad power chord and plugging it back in can help to initiate an update.
