Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this. Please note I have already contacted Ring and went through all the troubleshooting steps. Over the years I have found out when it comes to technical issues…Ring has lots of them. I have had my Ring for 5 years. This is the first time my Ring Keypad went offline and completely stopped working. I unplugged it and plugged it back in once and it worked again but then it went out again and that trick no longer worked. I had to do a system reset to get it to power back on again. The Keypad is about 2-3 feet from my router and alarm so there should be no connectivity issues. Prior to this happening my girlfriend had moved the keypad plug from a surge protector and plugged it directly into our wall outlet. I started to wonder if that has something to do with this. Ring is sending me out a new keypad. It is very possible the keypad is going up.
