Keep rebooting

Every week I have to reboot my ring by taking the battery out. Comes back online. Same thing each week.

It is hardwired and has a good signal.

Hi @Bklynguy05eddie! Although your Ring device is hardwired, please also ensure the battery level is fully charged to rule out any low battery concerns. Wifi signal being sufficient is a great sign. Certain Doorbell models are compatible with both 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz wifi networks, in which I recommend using the 2.4 Ghz wifi connection. The next best step will be to perform a reset on the Doorbell by holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
