Just venting

I had a original Ring and it worked fine until the battery which was not user replaceable, died. I now have a pro 3 and have had nothing but problems. Missed motion alerts, black video recordings, it goes on and on. I gave up with motion zones because any time there were used I missed motion at night. I am still getting motion alerts for cats when I have people only mode. Still disappointed with the bugs.
