Just updated my doorbell to video plus and the WiFi is crap!

Loved my old ring doorbell bill issues with internet always connected great WiFi connection. This new one is hit and miss, I work nights so I don’t have time to fiddle around with it. Bought an extender and it says has good internet but no longer can I get live view or as many alerts or see if there is someone at front door. Only upgraded as my old doorbell although plugged in wasn’t charging. Not happy with new doorbell so disappointed with it!
