Just set up a doorbell (4)

Just fitted a Video doorbell 4 - adding a chime unit - it says I need the QR unit on the back of Doorbell - which is now installed and screwed in!

Is there a work around - I don’t want to unistall the doorbell unit… thanks

Hi @user17835. Are you setting up the Doorbell or a Chime? If you still have the original packaging that the Doorbell came in, you should be able to find the QR code in there on the Quick Start Insert Guide.
