Jumper causes constant chiming
Once I install the jumper to the existing doorbell, trans and front screws. It causes the doorbell to constantly chime. Am I doing something wrong?I didn't cut the power to save time. Does it need to be cut? And if it's chiming when on, it'll do so later when I turn it on correct?

Hi neighbors! Would you mind sharing which model of Ring Doorbell you have? You can find this information on the original packaging, on the back of the Doorbell itself, as well as on the Device Health page in the Ring App. The installation instructions can vary based on which Doorbell you have, so knowing which model you have is important to offer any helpful suggestions for your concern. :)

I have the same issue, new construction door bell is Ring compatible so jumper not used but can’t get door bell to chime. The Ring bell does work.
