Hi @mm. Checking the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) on your Doorbell is a good way to see if it's receiving a strong wifi signal or not. If the Doorbell is disconnecting or dropping offline a lot, it may be a bit too far from the router or your internet speeds may not be sufficient.
