Issues No live stream & goes off line constantly

Unable to get a live stream from my IPAD on ring doorbell pro plus it constantly goes offline without notice..I have had no issues with WiFi network . Have called ring 3X several hours later & No help... Looking for ideas & suggestions to help resolve the issue ? Or will return doorbell.Please help...
