Recently I’ve noticed that when the door bell is using infrared the picture becomes awful and has lines through it. I’ve uploaded a picture to as to the issue.
Does anyone have any ideas please?

Hi @Liam1989. Thank you for sharing this image. I suggest performing a reset on your Doorbell, and then reconnecting it to wifi. You can perform a reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Once this is complete, you can reconnect to wifi. Let me know if this works.
