New ring user here with a Doorbell 3. Works fine. We have a front porch near the doorbell. When we want to sit on the porch, I turn off motion detection so our conversations are not recorded. Is there an ability for the app to remind me after some amount of time that motion detection remains off? Or some related feature to turn back on perhaps after some amount of time or at a specific time? It’s easy to forget and then live and recorded video is unavailable unless/until I remember. Or even if I wasn’t the one who turned it off so I wouldn’t know to think about resuming. Thanks in advance for solutions ideas. And if not currently available, then this is a feature suggestion. Or is there a related snooze function I’m not thinking about that exists? For the snooze, it needs to be snoozing the recording, not simply the alerts. Otherwise, the conversations continue to be recorded and available for replay. Thanks.

You can also try using a[ Motion Schedule](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/218380863-Scheduling-Times-When-You-Don-t-Want-to-Receive-Motion-Alerts-).
