The Ring app requires IOS 14.0 or later to operate as intended and be compatible with your mobile device.
There is also the Ring web app which you can use by visiting Ring.com via web browser. Please note this will grant you access to your account and recordings, but the mobile app is intended for primary use, settings, setup, and more.
