Is there a problem with online orders not being processed?

Is there a problem with online orders not being processed? Haven’t been able to order 30 or 31 Jan 2022 from Australia, but keep getting the message the order cannot be processed.

Ordering at Ring.com should be working as intended. Please ensure the item attempted to order is in stock, allows shipping to your region, and also that there is not a VPN enabled on the device you are ordering from. Otherwise, the order should be successful.
