Hi,

Is Neighbors App or service available in Israel?
Cause I’ve got an email from Ring telling that "m now Ring Protect Neighbor but I can’t find this feature or app.

Hi @udiburg. Ring does not currently sell or ship to Israel. You can find a list of regions where Ring devices are sold and shipped to on our website here. This includes the Ring Protect plan that you mentioned, as you cannot sign up for this since you are not in a region that offers it.
