Ring Video Doorbell
Iphone Ring App not making a sound when motion is detected but does a visual notification
When there is motion at the front door or the doorbell goes I get a pop up notification on my iphone but the phone does not make any sound so if I am not looking at my phone at the time I don't know someone is there. I have checked everything I can think of. Any ideas?

Thanks for replying. I have tried everything off there and still not sorted. If anyone can help me I would be so grateful

CHi @Loobylou72. If you have Do Not Disturb or Silent Mode toggled on, notifications will not play an audible alert. Make sure these modes are not on. I would also recommend navigating to your phone's settings app > Notifications > scroll down to the Ring app and ensure that Sounds are toggled on.
