hello i'm using ios 16.5.1 on iphone 12 and the lastest ring app version i'm using the ring app every day And some time (about 1x/month) the app disconnect and i have to log again. It makes me miss sometime notification (like when someone ring at the door) Really anoying.... what to do ?

Hi @user52196. The Ring app shouldn't log you out unless you have gone an extended amount of time without opening the app. If it has been 30 days since you opened the Ring app, you will need to log in again when you open the app. This could also happen if you clear the Ring app's data, or uninstall and reinstall the app.
