Anyone able to log into the Ring app (v5.24.0) on iOS 13.3.1? I am able to login into my Ring account via the IE browser but not on my Ring app. My wife phone doesn’t work either. It worked yesterday on 3/26/2020.
This should not be happening, @dluong. I recommend checking the app store for a Ring app update, or even removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. Please also ensure that VPN and bluetooth are disabled. Let us know how this goes!
I found out there is an issue with my router. I am able to login into the app with no problem when i turn off WiFi and uses my celluar data. But when i trun on my WiFi that when the problem occur. I have recently updated my router firmware and restarted it. Since then I have not had a problem logging into the app.
