My iPhone only echoes a standard alert when locked, but it does ring when unlocked. Can you help me to understand how can I make my Ring App really ring on the iphone when it is locked?

Hey @dduque. Could you take a video of the difference in these notification sounds so I could see what you are referencing in this difference?
