IOS app does not display event - stuck in "processing". Desktop works fine

I have a video doorbell and video security camera at my California home and a video doorbell at my Alabama home.

When I access Ring on my computer I can see the live view and also history videos for all devices. However when I use the Ring app on my iphone and iPad, Ring gets stuck “processing” and I don’t have most of the history videos. It looks like the app is poorly designed. When I first got Ring, it worked fine but after a recent update to the app it is basically worthless. I have missed people at the door because it alerts me on my mobile devices but doesn’t show me what is happening. I don’t know if it is a person at the door or a bug walking across the camera.

What can I do to fix this?

Hi @SantaMonica. What type of phone do you have and what version of the Ring app is installed? Are you on cellular data or WiFi, and is there an active VPN? Try using the Live View from Ring.com and see if you get the same results. Let me know the results.
