I called your Customer Service to request an Invoice for my protection plan. In Belgium for this invoice to be valid and seen as company cost, it needs to contain my company name & VAT number. Unfortunately this could not be done?
Is there a way to receive an invoice including my company name & VAT number?

I know you have reached out to them before, but they’ll be the ones who can provide any information about your receipt or invoice for your Ring Protect plan.
