My Ring Alarm Pro always says within the app “Internal Battery Out of Power” even after being plugged in for days with power. Is this normal? Anyone else encounter this problem? Should I make a warranty claim?
Hi @czenisek. I’d suggest trying a reboot on your Alarm Pro Base Station. You can find the reboot option under Device Settings > Advanced Options > Reboot System. This will take your Alarm Pro offline for a few moments, but it can help resolve issues such as this internal battery message.
