I have a Ring Doorbell pro that connected to a regular doorbell. Recently Ring doorbell keep losing power and I have to disconnect it from the doorbell then reconnect to have power again but it only last for few days. I checked the transformer and everything was good. Is that because of the pro power kit that is now malfunction? Please advise
