Intercom not workinb

my doorbell cam intercom is not working. I can hear the people at the doorbell, but they can’t hear me.

checked and my microphone is enabled on my cell

In addition to ensuring that you tap the green phone icon on the Live View to enable the two-way audio, I would also recommend double-checking that the Ring App has permissions enabled in your phone’s settings. If the two-way audio still isn’t working properly after checking all of this, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can take a deeper look for you.
