Please don’t let Apple’s pompousness rub off on you. In the Smart Response section of the app, there is no option for selecting a response time longer than 20 seconds. It is not Ring’s place in this world to tell customers that they shouldn’t need more than 20 seconds to reply. Your app should offer longer times and ideally an option for the customer to enter a custom number of seconds.
