I’m thinking about installing the Ring directly on the front door - this should give the best viewing angles.
What do you think, any cons/pros?
Hey @IGonebnyy. I don’t see do much of a concern with it as long as your door frame is not very indented and thus would hide the Doorbell. Do you by any chance have a Peephole on your door? If so, I recommend our Peephole Cam, it works great! I have it in my place since I didn’t have original wiring and I love it. Plus, it’s on sale right now! Even if you don’t have a Peephole, you can also make one, which would make installation a bit easier for you and with a cleaner look.
