I installed my ring doorbell 2 at a home I just moved into and the chime inside is chiming continuously. I checked and cleaned the buttons, reset it but still continues to chime
Hi @user58687. I recommend checking our Chime Compatibility List on this Help Center page to make sure your chime is compatible. If it is not compatible, you will not be able to use your chime with your Doorbell. If it is, try giving your Doorbell a reboot using the Ring app to see if it helps. If rebooting your Doorbell does not help, give our support team a call for further assistance.
