Installing Ring doorbell 2 and chime is continuous

I installed my ring doorbell 2 at a home I just moved into and the chime inside is chiming continuously. I checked and cleaned the buttons, reset it but still continues to chime

I recommend checking our Chime Compatibility List on this Help Center [page](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003008663-Ring-Video-Doorbell-2-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List) to make sure your chime is compatible. If it is not compatible, you will not be able to use your chime with your Doorbell. If it is, try giving your Doorbell a [reboot using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera) to see if it helps. If rebooting your Doorbell does not help, give our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406) a call for further assistance.
