Installed new camera, other devices no longer showing

Hi all,

We have a ring alarm system complete with motion and door sensors which we set up a few weeks ago. We just added a new stick up camera and now none of the other devices appear on our Ring app. We’re tried reinstalling the app and “installing” the devices but it says they are already installed. Any tips on what we’re doing wrong?


Hey @kdavage. It sounds like you may have set up the Stick Up Cam on a new location and thus have the devices on two locations, even if they are the same. To verify this, go into the Ring app > Main Menu > and tap on your Location above Dashboard. You should get a drop down of all the locations you have to pick from, and if you see another location with the same name or another location in general, tap on that second location. From there, go back into the Main Menu and then Devices and see if the Alarm Base Station and all devices are there.
