For your concern, try the following steps:- Verify your Ring app is up-to-date with the latest update available.- Disable any active VPNs on your phone.- Uninstall and reinstall the Ring app on your phone. Before removing it, make sure your [phone is able to download the latest version of the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4812209807124-Mobile-Device-Compatibility-and-the-Ring-App).
