Install problem - doesn't show existing location when trying to add 2nd Gen Doorbell

Existing Ring install. Trying to add new 2nd Gen Doorbell.

Add device in app - scan QR code on device - existing location isn’t shown in app, only the option to add a new location

What is the problem here?
