I have a ring doorbell at our home in Kent . Can l install a ring camera at my mum’s in Surrey and be able to monitor it , she will not agree to having an internet - thank you
Hi @Marmie. An internet connection is required for installing and using a Ring Doorbell. If she does not have an internet connection at her home, you cannot install and use a Ring Doorbell there. If she does have an internet connection, then you can install a Ring Doorbell there and be added as a Shared User to be able to monitor it alongside her. I hope this helps answer your questions!
