Just wanted to see if this Happened to anyone else. Set up my doorbell as stated in directions including pro chime kit that attached to home previous chime. When pressed outside , doorbell works however doesn’t ring inside.
Tried without pro kit in chime and touched wires together and it worked. Once hooked up as it should be. Nothing works inside.
Transformer is 16V and house chime is compatible. Ring rep said than doorbell it’s not compatible with my set up (. I don’t how that’s correct ). Offered to send me chime plug in outlet version which I don’t want.
