I have a Ring Doorbell 2 (Bought in July 2019 so still under warantee), recently noticed the recorded images at night are now very poor, also noticed that the infrared dots there were visible previously are no longer present.
Any advice would be most welcomed please.

Hey @RosieMo6402, could you try putting a cover over your Doorbell to see if that could trigger the infrared lights to come on? Sometimes putting it in complete darkness like this will wake up the sensors to come back on! If you still see that they are not coming on and the video quality has not improved, please reach out to our support team here.
