Indoor stick up cameras offline

We’ve been using indoor stick up cameras & doorbell for over 12 months now using a Three 4g mobile broadband router and all has been great until now.

All devices have now gone offline and will not reconnect despite multiple resets and reboots of the router. The router works fine and we have an internet connection but just keep getting either wrong network password entered or there s something wrong with your internet connection message.

I’ve checked the three coverage and all seems OK - has anyone got any ideas?

Hi @user65010. As a test, try connecting to a mobile WiFi hotspot (from a cell phone or tablet). If you are able to connect to that with no issue, then you’ll know the problem is within your network, and possibly an updated security protocol or something similar.
