Indoor Ring Camera Will Not Reset

I have two indoor minicams that both behave identically.

The each flash blue for 3 seconds every 30 seconds (exact timings).

Holding top button for 30 seconds has not effect.

Unplugging and replugging does nothing.

This has been mentioned as a problem elsewhere previously (years ago), but no solution has been provided.

Hi @OzMaster. It sounds like your Indoor Cams are being unresponsive. Holding the button on top should reset the device. I suggest reaching out to our support team for the next best steps.
