Indoor Ring Camera Will Not Reset

I have two indoor minicams that both behave identically.The each flash blue for 3 seconds every 30 seconds (exact timings).Holding top button for 30 seconds has not effect.Unplugging and replugging does nothing.This has been mentioned as a problem elsewhere previously (years ago), but no solution has been provided.
