Indoor Plug-in does not respond to hard start

New indoor plug-in camera worked out of the box during setup - moved to another location and it will not work at all - does not respond to repeated hard starts. All other cameras are working.

Please help!


Hi @JohnGil. Have you tried performing a reset on your Indoor Camera? To reset it, you’ll want to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, you can try and set it up in the Ring App again. If that doesn’t do the trick, you’ll want to reach out to our support team to get this sorted out as they can take a closer look at it for you.
