I have all of my indoor camera set to away mode and all motion, sound, etc. are set to active. In the mornings on my phone I will get a notification of movement with no sound and then in the middle of the day notifications will start to chime. Then at night they no longer chime. This doesn’t only happen on my phone but on the other individuals phones who have shared device access. I cannot find a clear reason as to why it chimes sometimes and at other times it does not. And I cannot seem to find a setting to disarm it. Thoughts?
Hi @user53303. Do you have any motion schedules in place? Is your device linked to any other devices? Can you share a screenshot of your mode settings for this device? What mode is the device in when it chimes? You can change modes from the Dashboard of the Ring app.
