One of our indoor mini cameras keeps disconnecting from WiFi. We thought maybe it was how far away it was from the router so we set it up right next to it and it still disconnected. Is there something I can do or is this just a dud that needs returned? It came in a 2-pack and the other one is working fine.
Hi @BuchFamily! Please check the power chord to ensure it is connected securely on both the Camera end and in the outlet. If you have not already, try another outlet as well. You can also perform a reset on the Camera by holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
