Hi, I am having a weird problem with my Ring Pro. I have had it installed for several years now, but recently the indoor chime has started to ring nightly when the sun goes down to the point that Night Vision is enabled. I can’t say for certain when this started - sometime in the past 3 or 4 months. Has anyone else seen this sort of thing and is there any mechanism for troubleshooting it? Thanks in advance!
Hey @galnar. Could you try resetting the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds? After this time has passed, monitor the behavior and if it still persists, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
