My indoor chime has stopped working. If someone rings the doorbell it sounds on my phone but not on the indoor chime. Ive tried the reset button but doesn’t work, ant ideas?
Hi @Calamy. If your in-home chime is no longer ringing with your Video Doorbell, try these additional steps:

Factory reset your Doobrell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.

Verify there is still power at your wires by using a voltmeter, and make sure your in-home chime itself is still functioning without the Video Doorbell. If you are not comfortable with hardwiring, we recommend consulting a qualified electrician.
