My outdoor Ring video doorbell works fine, but my indoor plug in chime is completely dead. Tried several plug sockets, all work with other devices,but no light comes on the chime and not findable on my home network. It is completely dead. No way in that I can see to change a fuse? Surely I don’t have to buy a chime separately? Any ideas?
Hi @user73897. Try factory-resetting your Chime to see if it helps. To reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds while it is plugged in. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
