Indoor Camera

I just received my new indoor camera.I’m attempting to adjust the motion zones but I have a black box on the screen. Is there a way to reset the camera to remove the black box?

Hey @Commish. Can you ensure you do not have a Privacy Zone on that is covering this Live View up? You can learn more about Privacy Zones here. If you still do not have this Privacy Zone on but the Live View is black, please check out our Community post here, which details why your Live View may not be loading.
