My indoor camera goes off-line. When I try to reset it and connect it to the internet, all I get is the blue light coming on about every 20-30 seconds then going off. Had this issue before with another camera and Ring sent a new one. Anyone else having this problem?
Hey @Sandy31. What part of the reconnect are you getting stuck at? Are you unable to connect to the Ring AP, or are you unable to reconnect to your internet during the re-setup? Let me know, and I’m happy to help see if we can get the device reconnected!
