Indoor camera says connected to hotel network, but won’t show live feed or connected on app

My Ring Indoor Camera on the app says I’m connected to Hotel wifi with no password, and the wifi works great, with 55 MBps download and upload speeds, but the app still shows not connected to wifi and won’t show live feed. Need to know what to do?

Hi @Isaac0044. Typically with free wifi offered by hotels or other businesses, you have to agree to terms of use before you're connected. Typically since you're connecting on a phone or computer, you can accept the terms of use on a web browser that pops up. Since you can't do this on a Ring Camera, it's likely not fully connected and unable to use the wifi network.
