Indoor camera not responding

Been using for 2 weeks. Suddenly the cam just stopped responding. App says it’s offline. Tried resetting by pressing the button, plug and unplug power, changing outlets to see if there’s really power. The reset or setup button is totally unresponsive. The blue light just lights up, and after a minute it dies permanently. This occurs every time I unplug and plug the power adaptor from the outlet.
How do I fix this?
