Indoor cam stopped working which worked before

My Indoor cam speaker stopped working. I can hear audio but no sound comes out of the camera. This previously worked fine.
I have powered down the camera, holding the power button to reset, deleting and reinstalling the app. Still no audio from the camera speaker. The Wi-Fi connection is fine. I have enabled the microphone in the settings and allowed Ring to use the mic. I have turned off the blue tooth. What should I do? What phone number should I call? Thanks!
