Indoor cam set up from new phone

Hi all,
I have just had to buy a new phone, and thinking my Ring cam would automatically be in my new phone in the Ring app, it’s not! It won’t accept my account. I am the sole owner of the account! Please help !

Hi @Devilmissjayne. If you are using the same email and password, you should be able to login into your Ring app and see your devices. I suggest confirming your login credentials with your new phone. Also, be sure that you are on the correct Location. Let me know if this helps.
