Hi @Simonl9425. Is there a specific spot in the setup process that you seem to be having difficulty with? What are the lights on the Indoor Cam doing when you are running into an issue? In addition to the suggestion that @SolarEclipse has mentioned, try moving the Indoor Cam closer to your internet router for initial setup. Once the Indoor Cam has been setup and the firmware is updated, you can move it to a more permanent location. Let me know how this goes for you!
