Indoor cam night vision stopped working

I have had my first ring indoor cam for 2 days.

First day and night great no problem. Day 2 fine. Day 2 evening. No night vision at all. Just black screen with ring logo in the top corner.
Its being used as a baby monitor and its now 1.15am and I have been googling and try every solution in this forum and online with no solution for the last 5 hours.

Anyone had an ideas on how to resolve this? I expect ill be returning this product tomorrow.

Hi @Cornrob12! If you are seeing just a black screen and no image at all, you might be having video connection concerns rather than night view. To test this try adding light mid video to see if the image changes at all. If not, please try resetting your Camera by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Once reset is complete, try a new setup and test a video near your wifi router. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
