Indoor Cam - new Wi-fi

My Wi-fi network has changed and I can’t get the blue light to flash on the cam so as to connect to the new network.

Tried pushing the top button as the app suggests and disconnecting from the power.

Nothing works.

Any ideas?

Nothing works and by pushing the button there is no blue light.
Can someone help me?
